About This Position

Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

Compensation:

$75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and behavior analysts to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Engage with families to provide guidance and support, empowering them to reinforce therapy goals at home.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child's progress, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy to continually enhance your practice and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans for children.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists and behavior analysts.
  • Proven track record of conducting regular assessments to track and adjust therapy plans.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and guide families in reinforcing therapy goals.
  • Meticulous in maintaining detailed and accurate records of children's progress.
  • Comfortable participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.
