About This Position

Senior Ag/Business Banking Officer
Akron, Iowa

Essential Duties
  • Business Development
  • Expand lending services to current & prospective customers
  • Generate, negotiate, underwrite, & coordinate the closing of ag, commercial, & some consumer loans
  • Assist with oversight of the location's lending function
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in a business or related field
  • 15 years of experience preferably in a community bank lending environment
  • Candidate is expected to live within the Akron-Westfield Community School District and become actively involved in the community
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, & personable
  • Strong communication, sales, & negotiation skills
  • Team player able to work collaboratively with others
