As a Service Advisor, you’re the driving force behind an outstanding customer experience. You’ll wear many hats, problem solver, technical translator, and parts expert—all while ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and care.

What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Parts Support- Be the go-to expert customers rely on for guidance with products, services, and solutions.
- Investigate and resolve service concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure claims and inquiries are handled accurately and in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate directly with dealers to provide updates, recommendations, and next steps.
- Process warranty claims with attention to detail and urgency.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams with clear documentation and insight.
- Review and assess claims to determine root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, shipping, and billing processes.
- Help customers and dealers find the exact parts they need with confidence.
- Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and industry trends.
- Support internal teams with product development and program improvements.
- Travel as needed to support on-site dealer or customer needs, with occasional after-hours assistance
- Interpret technical documents, work orders, and blueprints to support inspections.
- Measure, test, and evaluate components and finished products for performance and accuracy.
- Coordinate testing to diagnose issues and report findings clearly.
- Communicate inspection results to vendors and internal teams.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve quality and reliability.
- A genuine customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a Service Writer or in Parts Operations—agricultural industry experience is a strong asset.
- Hands-on mechanical knowledge and familiarity with dealer repair processes.
- Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealers.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Bilingual skills and previous warranty/claims experience are considered valuable assets.
