As an Outside Services Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth golf operations by helping guests begin their rounds on time, managing golf cart checkouts, and understanding the pace of play as needed. You'll also assist in setting up and enhancing golf outing experiences. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, offering new experiences each day and plenty of opportunities to build rapport with both guests and teammates. We are looking for:

We are hiring Part-Time 2026 (Seasonal) Golf Outside Services Associates for spring, summer, and fall. Weekly hours range from 18 to 21 across 3 days. Shift length and hours may adjust based on daylight. This role begins in March 2026 and offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, along with select golf and driving range benefits.

Anticipated Start date: March 2025 (weather dependent)

Wage Range: $16.00 - $16.75, starting pay at the base of range.

Benefits: Free or discounted rates for green fees, carts and driving range, time dependent.
