Deloury Construction Company Inc is seeking two experienced Civil Construction Project Managers to lead and oversee residential, commercial, and industrial sitework projects throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This role is responsible for managing all phases of civil constructionfrom pre-construction planning and permitting through execution and closeoutensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, deep knowledge of local means and methods, and proven expertise in job cost controls and project management software.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and manage all phases of civil construction site projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Oversee job cost tracking and ensure financial performance meets projections
Coordinate with engineers, architects, owners, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Lead site meetings and monitor progress against established milestones
Manage permitting, compliance, environmental standards, and safety protocols
Review and approve subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Utilize project management and cost control software to maintain accurate reporting
Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient execution of work
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Civil Construction Project Manager
Strong experience managing projects in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire
Proven expertise in job cost controls and project financial management
Experience with project management software (B2W, Vista, MS Project, or similar)
Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus
Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, utilities, roadway construction, and structural concrete
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
