HR Coordinator at Essintial Enterprise Solutions LLC – Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
About This Position
The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative and operational functions, focusing on benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR system management (Paylocity). The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on HR experience, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & HRIS (Paylocity):
Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely through Paylocity.
Maintain employee data within Paylocity, ensuring accuracy of records and system integrity.
Audit and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist with payroll adjustments, new hire onboarding, terminations, and status changes.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in Paylocity and with benefit carriers.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.).
Coordinate open enrollment, assist with communications, and ensure compliance with benefit deadlines.
Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and prepare reports as needed.
HR Support & Compliance:
Maintain personnel files and ensure all employee documentation is complete and compliant.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes.
Generate and maintain HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave tracking, etc.).
Other Duties:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
This is an onsite role.

Requirements:Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration.
Proficiency with Paylocity is required.
Working knowledge of federal and state employment and payroll laws.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus but not required.
