Job Overview

Enviro-Tech Systems is seeking a skilled and dependable Machinist to join our Field Operations team. This role is responsible for operating manual and CNC lathes and mills to fabricate and modify precision components used in industrial applications. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, hands-on machining experience, and takes pride in producing high-quality work while meeting production timelines. Overtime opportunities are available based on project demands.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Operate manual and CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate precision components.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform setups, adjustments, and machine calibrations to maintain tolerances.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper machine function and cleanliness.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Collaborate with the field operations team to meet project deadlines.
  • Work overtime as needed to support production and field schedules.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating manual and CNC lathes and mills.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime as project needs require.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
