About This Position
Title: PM Central Scheduler (C.N.A)
Type: Full Time
Location: Bethany Home
Work Type: Onsite
Pay: $25.00 + Shift Differential
Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Central Scheduler, where you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing scheduling operations to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to managing schedules across various departments and fostering efficient communication and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events across multiple departments.
- Manage and maintain centralized scheduling systems and databases.
- Communicate with staff and clients to confirm and update scheduling details.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes and cancellations promptly.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources and personnel to meet scheduling demands.
- Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan future scheduling needs.
- Provide training and support for staff on scheduling software and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduled activities and changes.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss scheduling strategies and improvements.
- On call every other week.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in scheduling or administrative support.
- Proficient in scheduling software and tools, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare or service industry scheduling is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping.
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
- Availability for occasional overtime or shifts, if required.
- C.N.A license a plus, to help fill holes as needed when on call.
