Looking for a detail-oriented role where you can listen, review, and help improve customer service?

United Collection Bureau is hiring a Quality Assurance Representative to support our call center team by reviewing calls and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and supporting team performance.

No prior QA experience? That’s okay — we provide training!

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay: $15/hour + full benefits package
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No weekends!)
  • Location: Toledo, OH (In-person)

What You’ll Do:

  • Listen to recorded calls and evaluate employee performance
  • Ensure employees follow company and compliance guidelines
  • Provide feedback to supervisors and managers
  • Track performance using monitoring tools
  • Assist with escalation calls when needed

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
