Looking for a detail-oriented role where you can listen, review, and help improve customer service?
United Collection Bureau is hiring a Quality Assurance Representative to support our call center team by reviewing calls and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and supporting team performance.
No prior QA experience? That’s okay — we provide training!
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $15/hour + full benefits package
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No weekends!)
- Location: Toledo, OH (In-person)
What You’ll Do:
- Listen to recorded calls and evaluate employee performance
- Ensure employees follow company and compliance guidelines
- Provide feedback to supervisors and managers
- Track performance using monitoring tools
- Assist with escalation calls when needed
