This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to shape the go-to-market strategy and messaging for a high-growth product portfolio. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This position combines leadership, analytical rigor, and creative storytelling, providing the chance to influence product positioning, customer engagement, and market differentiation. You will lead a high-performing team, create impactful campaigns, and provide actionable insights that shape product and business strategy. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product launches, enhancements, and feature updates, aligning initiatives with business and revenue goals
  • Develop compelling messaging frameworks, value propositions, and competitive positioning tailored to key buyer personas and industries
  • Partner with Marketing to design demand-generation campaigns, content strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive adoption and pipeline growth
  • Equip Sales and Client Success teams with enablement materials, demo scripts, battle cards, and playbooks for effective client engagement
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps
  • Lead the collection and integration of customer feedback into product marketing strategies and product roadmap prioritization
  • Define and track KPIs for product marketing success, including pipeline contribution, content engagement, win rates, and customer adoption
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and measurable outcomes
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations
  • Proven track record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies and driving measurable business impact
  • Strong experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create campaigns and assets for demand generation, thought leadership, and lifecycle engagement
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and optimize performance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale product marketing teams while fostering professional development and collaboration
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
  • Experience in high-velocity SaaS environments or private equity-backed organizations is desirable
  • Understanding of SaaS product functionality and buyer needs in e-commerce, retail, or technology verticals
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

  • Competitive base salary: $160,000–$245,000 per year with a discretionary bonus of 15%
