This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product marketing leader to define and scale the marketing function for a cutting-edge voice AI infrastructure platform. You will own product launches from positioning to go-to-market execution, develop compelling customer stories, and partner closely with sales to drive pipeline and adoption. This position offers a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, allowing you to shape the company’s messaging, content, and category positioning. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, developer relations, and sales teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication at every touchpoint. Ideal candidates are strategic storytellers, technically savvy, and comfortable operating in both PLG and enterprise sales environments. The role is remote-friendly, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., while having the chance to influence the trajectory of a fast-growing, early-stage company.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including messaging, positioning, enablement, and go-to-market execution
- Support sales with collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and other enablement materials to accelerate deal success
- Develop and maintain customer stories and case studies showcasing real-world impact across key verticals
- Own content strategy, including SEO, AEO, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns to position the platform as the default voice AI infrastructure
- Partner with design and web teams to create high-converting landing pages, emails, and campaign assets aligned with messaging
- Work across both PLG and sales-led motions, bridging self-serve users to sales-assisted expansion
- Gather deep enterprise buyer insights to inform segmentation, messaging, and campaign strategy
- Build and scale product marketing infrastructure including messaging frameworks, launch systems, and repeatable GTM processes
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product launches and influencing metrics such as pipeline, adoption, or win rates
- Expertise across both PLG and sales-led go-to-market motions
- Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for developer and enterprise audiences
- Player-coach mentality: able to set strategy and execute hands-on initiatives
- Experience in partner-led or ecosystem GTM is a plus
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and developer relations teams
