Weekend Shift Haeger Machine Operator at The Jor-mac Company Inc – Oshkosh, Wisconsin

JOB PURPOSE:

Sets up and operates Haeger machine to specifications by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must perform all job functions with safety as the number one priority

· Set up Haeger by using set up sheets to reference tooling and parameters

· Uses templates to correctly identify holes to be staked

· Uses Haeger to install pems into part per customer specifications

· References blue prints to ensure parts are conforming

· Confirms and controls quality by visually inspecting every part

· Prepares parts for shipping by following packaging guidelines

· Works as a team in a cellular format

· Keep a neat and organized work area

· Clean and examine tooling for damage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior blue print experience preferred

· Prior manufacturing experience preferred

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

· Successful candidates will have good finger dexterity

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
