Patchogue - RN or LPN Needed for Overnight shift at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Holtsville, New York

We are seeking a reliable and attentive caregiver for an 18-year-old male with a history of cardiac and respiratory conditions, including a pacemaker, respiratory issues, and short gut syndrome. The patient has a tracheostomy and utilizes a ventilator at night and intermittently during the day. He also has a G-tube.

The patient is ambulatory, attends school with nursing support, and requires supervision during meals for safety. He lives a highly active and normalized lifestyle, enjoying activities such as playing baseball and riding his bike.

Shift Available:
Overnights: Every other Friday 7pm - 7am

Requirements:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Experience with Tracheostomy & Ventilator
