This role offers an exciting opportunity to plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile events and VIP experiences in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment. The Senior Events Specialist will lead the operational aspects of partnership activations, manage logistics for VIP guests, and ensure every event meets exceptional standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, providing strategic support and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders. The position combines creativity, operational excellence, and analytical skills to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences. Candidates should thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with VIP audiences, and take ownership of events from concept to execution.
Accountabilities:- Coordinate and execute VIP hospitality experiences, including suites, ticketing, meet-and-greets, and premium events.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partnership relationships, supporting communication, asset planning, and contractual deliverables.
- Plan and manage event logistics: ticket distribution, seating charts, food & beverage options, travel, and accommodations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain event databases, budgets, materials, reports, and marketing collateral to ensure seamless operations and post-event analysis.
- Source and manage event supplies, swag, and promotional items, balancing quality and cost efficiency.
- Assist with broader brand activations, on-site marketing events, and omnichannel stakeholder engagement as needed.
- Track event performance, conduct post-event evaluations, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, PR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in event planning or management, preferably with VIP or partnership-focused events.
- At least 1 year of budget management experience for medium to large-scale events.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, able to engage confidently with VIP guests, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for sports, casino gaming, or related entertainment industries.
