We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assisted Living Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living unit in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong leadership skills and experience as a head nurse. This role requires managing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and participating in an on-call rotation to support the unit 24/7.

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of resident care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in the on-call rotation to address urgent issues and support staff as needed.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, ensuring timely interventions and documentation.
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
• Serve as the head nurse, overseeing clinical operations and maintaining communication between staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina.
• Proven experience as an Assisted Living Unit Manager or head nurse.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
