About This Position
The Product Manager operates across two distinct but complementary mandates:
- Commercial Solutions
Govern and deliver client-facing technology initiatives that productize KBKG’s expertise and increase revenue leverage. This includes owning requirements, success criteria, and delivery commitments in accordance with the PM Charter, SDLC, and CCRB governance framework.
- Operational Intelligence & Agentic Systems
Identify internal workflow friction and design practical AI and automation systems that eliminate manual work, compress cycle time, and increase throughput per professional. In this domain, the role is both a product owner and an implementer, directly building and deploying agentic AI solutions that improve how the firm operates.
This is a hybrid role that combines strategic product governance with hands-on system creation.
In Commercial Solutions, the role governs and orchestrates delivery.
In Operational Intelligence, the role designs and builds.
Requirements:- Operate in accordance with KBKG’s Product Management Charter, Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), and Change Control Request Board (CCRB) governance framework.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Own product requirements, scope boundaries, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure initiatives are Requirements & Acceptance Ready before governance review
- Prepare and present initiatives to the CCRB for approval and prioritization
- Define measurable success criteria and KPIs for every initiative
- Sequence approved initiatives based on engineering capacity
- Protect sprint scope and prevent mid-sprint scope injection
- Translate business needs into executable product requirements
- Coordinate with engineering and operational stakeholders throughout delivery
- Run structured 30/60/90 outcome reviews after product releases
- Ensure adoption and measurable value realization
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong product management experience in technology or platform environments
- Experience working within structured product governance or delivery frameworks
- Deep systems thinking and ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience building AI or automation workflows
- Experience integrating APIs and working with workflow orchestration tools
- Comfort operating at the code level or using advanced no-code / low-code automation platforms
- Strong understanding of deterministic system design and AI guardrails
- Ability to define and measure ROI for product and operational initiatives
Preferred
- Experience deploying AI or automation solutions in operational environments
- Experience with agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, or LLM integrations
- Background in consulting, professional services, or operationally complex industries
- Experience working in organizations undergoing AI-driven transformation
Education and Experience
- Four year college degree required.?
- Minimum six years of relevant experience.?
