Job Overview:

• Company: Able Concrete Raising & Pouring.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $35 to $40 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Field Operations - Eagan, MN (Travel Required).

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Concrete / Masonry / Coatings (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will step into a pivotal leadership role within our Project Management division, overseeing the execution of high-stakes masonry and concrete raising projects. This position is designed for a professional who thrives on balancing technical precision with people management and direct customer interaction. You will drive project success while enjoying a supportive culture that offers weekly pay and winters off.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct daily field operations across residential and commercial sites to ensure all projects meet Able Concrete Raising & Pourings quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the build.

• Manage and motivate crew members by delegating tasks effectively and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.

• Navigate high-stress situations and site obstacles by implementing immediate, technical solutions to keep projects on schedule.

• Audit completed work for meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every joint and finish aligns with the architectural plan.

• Enforce rigorous safety protocols and work ethics on-site to protect the team and the integrity of the companys reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage field logistics in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "people person" approach to customer relations and team leadership.

• Strong internal drive and a reliable work ethic, with the ability to handle the physical and mental demands of field management.

• High level of honesty and transparency when reporting project progress or handling site-specific challenges.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in concrete finishing, masonry, or concrete raising.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in industrial or government sectors.

• Advanced knowledge of materials and finishing techniques specific to residential concrete restoration.
