About This Position
Tax Management Associates (TMA) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team player to join our Audit Support team. This role requires strong communication skills, advanced data entry abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. TMA offers benefits, and a positive work environment. Duties:
- Verbal and written correspondence with taxpayer.
- Respond to client and taxpayer inquiries.
- Schedule audit appointments for auditors.
- Organize and maintain audit files and documentation.
- Create and update records within databases.
- Use various software applications for data management and word processing.
- Maintain calendars and scheduling systems.
- Complete forms according to company and tax jurisdiction guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year administrative experience (2 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Data entry experience with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
