About This Position
Retail Pharmacist
The Retail Pharmacist, under the auspices of the Retail Pharmacy Manager, compounds medications for use. Dispenses medication accurately and on time. Monitors store revenue and operating expenses. Prepares store for physical inventory. Prices and stock merchandise. Assists the Retail Pharmacy Manager with analyzing operating reports, implementing performance improvement plans, and the completion and analysis of business reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
- Currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. If currently licensed in a state other than Kentucky must obtain licensure by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 3 months of hire/placement.
