Job Description

Beck’s is a 100% Employee-Owned retail operator of fuel, convenience, car wash, and gaming locations throughout North Central Illinois. Our mission is to provide a remarkably convenient experience every day. That includes clean, well-kept facilities that reflect the quality of our brand.

This is a full-time, seasonal position for the summer, supporting multiple high traffic locations within our maintenance department.

What You’ll Do:

Perform pressure washing of fuel islands, sidewalks, buildings, and other exterior surfacesAssist with painting projects to maintain a clean and professional appearanceHelp maintain overall site cleanliness and curb appeal across all locationsIdentify areas needing attention and take initiative to address themOperate and care for pressure washing and basic maintenance equipmentFollow safety standards and company proceduresCommunicate clearly with the maintenance team regarding work completed and needs
You will work in the field across multiple Beck’s locations, helping ensure our sites remain clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordPrevious experience using a pressure washer requiredBasic mechanical aptitude and common-sense, problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervisionDependable, hardworking, and safety minded
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work and takes pride in visible results.
