Your Role:
Participate in a collaborative team atmosphere to meet department goals.
Handle shipping & receiving (verify parts in/out for accuracy)
Keep the parts room clean, organized, and fully stocked
Handle walk-in customers, calls, and emails for parts sales
Manage warranty calls and parts issues
Perform inventory cycle counts regularly
Pick, label, and package parts for shipment
Double-check orders to prevent mistakes
Prepare shipping paperwork and bills of lading

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters)
Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks
Comfortable with computers (Excel/ERP systems a plus)
Good communication and customer service skills
Forklift certification or experience
Valid Driver’s License
Mechanical or parts experience is a plus—but willing to train the right person

Physical Demands:
Frequent sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Work primarily in an office/shop environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time position requiring punctuality and readiness to work daily.
Business hours are determined by your manager.
