Job Title: Loader Operator with Dozer/Grading Experience

About the Role:

This position will initially operate a dozer, grading the landscape for yard set-up of our new self-service operations at our Maiden, NC location. Prior experience in a grading dozer is required.

When this project is done, the new hire will focus on operating heavy equipment in the Loader Operator position which plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our construction and logistics projects. This position is responsible for the safe and effective loading and unloading of materials, ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations. The Loader Operator will work closely with other team members to coordinate the movement of materials, contributing to the overall productivity of the site. Attention to detail and adherence to operational protocols are essential to minimize downtime and maintain workflow. Ultimately, the Loader Operator's performance directly impacts project timelines and the successful completion of tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid operator's license and certification for heavy machinery operation.
• Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, including front-end loaders, to load and unload vehicles safely.
