THR INTERN PRN at Texas Health Resources – Arlington, Texas

Join Texas Health Resources for a dynamic Summer Internship experience designed to immerse undergraduate and graduate students in the real-world operations of a leading health-care organization. Over the course of up to twelve weeks, interns will gain meaningful exposure to both administrative and clinical functions, participate in day-to-day organizational activities, and work closely with leaders across the system. What You'll Experience

• Orientation to the THR entity, including mission, goals, structure, and key departments.
• Introduction to executive leaders, department heads, physicians, and administrative staff.
• Rotations or focused time in select departments based on learning needs and interests.
• Exposure to internal and external factors influencing health-care organizations (technology, economic, political/legal, and social forces).
• Attendance at leadership, entity, and system-level meetings as schedule allows.

Project Work

• Completion of one major project or multiple assignments with real organizational impact.
• Opportunities to analyze problems, gather information, develop action plans, evaluate options, and present recommendations.
• Direct mentorship and weekly check-ins with a preceptor for guidance and professional development.

Program Requirements
