About This Position
Sales Manger - IT contracts
(Remote / Partially on-site, Vilnius)
We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Sales Manager to win new clients for our specialist IT contractor recruitment team.
Your role:
- Target & win mid-to-large enterprises, consultancies & tech scale-ups
- Sell our proven ability to supply high-quality IT contractors (developers, cloud, cyber, data & infrastructure specialists)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound + warm leads
Ideal candidate:
- Proven B2B sales track record (ideally in recruitment / staffing / IT services)
- Comfortable hunting + comfortable negotiating day rates & commercial terms
- Hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Recruitment / contractor market knowledge is a big advantage
Salary:
€3000-5000 gross + generous commission
