What You’ll Do:

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
• Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
