About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who brings structure, accountability, and continuous improvement to our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building efficient processes, supporting teams, and driving results.
You’ll play a key role in connecting our remote team with on-site warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from systems to execution.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management (parts, supplies, equipment) to ensure accuracy and availability
• Manage and improve order fulfillment processes for speed and accuracy
• Support and streamline customer inquiries related to orders and products
• Maintain and optimize the product catalog for accuracy and usability
• Lead warehouse operations, including supervision of the Warehouse Manager and Delivery Driver
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to performance standards
• Partner with remote teams to ensure alignment between systems and on-the-ground execution
