Start Date: March 30 or 31 On-site in Córdoba or Buenos Aires Full Time: Monday to Friday 12:00–21:00 (ARG) // 13:00–22:00 (ARG) Then 100% Remote from Saturday to Wednesday 13:00–22:00 (ARG) // 14:00–23:00 (RG) (Thursday & Friday off)

What You’ll Do Handle inbound & outbound calls with empathy and professionalism Collect detailed client information for case management Draft letters of representation and other correspondence Respond to email communications promptly Organize documentation and files using Dropbox

What We’re Looking For Advanced English (spoken & written) Ability to type while listening Strong emotional intelligence + client empathy Selfsufficient, proactive, and problemsolving mindset 1–2 years of customer service experience Patience and calm when dealing with distressed or sensitive clients

Rotational phase (ongoing) Month 1: Monday–Friday Month 2: Saturday–Wednesday 4 days off between rotations
