Part-Time Studio Cleaning Associate at LimitlessBHM LLC – Vestavia Hills, Alabama

SWTHZ is hiring a dependable, high-energy cleaner for our contrast therapy studio in Vestavia Hills, AL!

This is not a slow or casual cleaning job. It is fast-paced, physical, and busy.

Two private sauna + cold plunge suites exit every 15 minutes, and rooms must be fully cleaned and reset in about 7 minutes — back-to-back during peak times. If you like staying active and moving with purpose, you’ll enjoy this role.

What the job involves:

• Cleaning and sanitizing sauna, cold plunge, and shower areas after each session
• Managing laundry all shift (wash, dry, fold, restock)
• Keeping lobby, hallways, beauty bar, and restroom spotless
• Restocking supplies
• Staying proactive during downtime

You will be on your feet the entire shift. The role requires squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You must be comfortable working quickly and efficiently.

Our sales team helps when possible, but this role requires someone who is self-starting and takes pride in high standards.

Hours: Regular Part-time weekday hours between 8:00am - 3:30pm; availability for occasional evening and/or weekend shifts a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and clean studio and lobby
• Suite turnover including the cleaning and sanitation of the sauna, plunge, and shower areas after each session
• Responsible for all laundry (loading washers, dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)
• Clean and restock all restrooms
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision
• Suite turnover occurs approx. every 15 minutes with suites

Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking
