About the Job
Parry Labs is currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team. The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating all Parry Labs Program Schedules. Project Scheduler assumes overall responsibility for all aspects of the project schedules including communications with all necessary parties to ensure that the project schedules are always as accurate and up to date as possible at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Proposal team, Program Managers, and Project Engineers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online.
• Own multiple schedules simultaneously ranging from small demonstrations to Programs of Record.
• Prepare schedules for external delivery to Customers or industry partners as required.
• Audit all schedules for compliance to company expectations, critical path, and risk.
• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports, baseline reports, look-ahead, and inform Program Managers of performance trends weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of DOD specific industry experience in scheduling for engineering and software development.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online.
• Working knowledge of MIL-STD-881.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Practices for Department of Defense Programs.
• Familiarity with DCMA 14 Point Assessment General familiarity with project management practices, methods, and techniques.
• General knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management.
