Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable workplans and measurable outcomes
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and timely execution
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities; develop and implement solutions in collaboration with functional leaders
  • Drive program management excellence through structured planning, risk mitigation, and progress tracking across complex projects
  • Oversee preparation of executive materials, analyses, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences
  • Manage legal program operations, including governance routines, contract lifecycle initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination
  • Partner with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement, experience, and retention
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance culture and adherence to best practices
  • Represent executive leadership in cross-functional meetings and forums, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, strategy, or leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in legal operations, strategy, or related business environments is highly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
  • Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex information for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High discretion and professionalism handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience and contributing to a high-performance culture
