This role provides a unique opportunity to act as a strategic integrator and operational driver across key business functions. You will partner closely with executive leadership to translate vision into actionable strategies, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment across Legal, Marketing, and client-focused programs. The Director will oversee program execution, identify operational gaps, and implement solutions that enhance organizational performance. This position requires strong judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. You will lead initiatives that have a measurable impact on client experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. It is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable workplans and measurable outcomes
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and timely execution
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities; develop and implement solutions in collaboration with functional leaders
- Drive program management excellence through structured planning, risk mitigation, and progress tracking across complex projects
- Oversee preparation of executive materials, analyses, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences
- Manage legal program operations, including governance routines, contract lifecycle initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination
- Partner with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement, experience, and retention
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance culture and adherence to best practices
- Represent executive leadership in cross-functional meetings and forums, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, strategy, or leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in legal operations, strategy, or related business environments is highly preferred
- Undergraduate degree required
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
- Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex information for executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
