Eckard Roofing is looking for a skilled Journeyman Roofer to join our team in Truckee. We know that roofing in the mountains is differentit requires tougher gear, higher safety standards, and a crew that looks out for each other.

If you are an experienced roofer living in Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, or commuting from Reno/Sparks, we want to talk to you. We provide the vehicle, the safety gear, and a weekly paycheck you can count on.

• The Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.

• 4+ Years Experience: You are a true Journeyman. You know the tools, the materials, and the techniques for both steep and low-slope roofs.

• Mountain Ready: You are comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions (sun, wind, and cold).

• Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work.

• Drivers License: Valid license required (to operate the company vehicle).
