Student Coordinator
Position Summary:
Provides administrative and coordination support for the LISTOS/Natural Resource Management program. Assists with organizing program activities, maintaining student participation records, and supporting communication between students, faculty, and external partners.
Supports scheduling meetings, workshops, advising sessions, and field activities. Assists with preparation and organization of materials for program events and student engagement activities.
Maintains and updates files, records, calendars, and shared documents related to program operations. Assists with basic data tracking and documentation required for grant-funded programming.
Provides logistical support during events, including student check-in, materials distribution, and coordination assistance as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned in support of program goals.
Conditions of Employment:
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for program activities.
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 30 lbs as needed for events.
Must maintain enrollment and good academic standing.
