This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving enterprise sales growth across a high-performing regional team. You will be responsible for leading Account Executives, shaping go-to-market execution, and expanding market presence within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in key enterprise deals, including direct interaction with C-level stakeholders. You will play a central role in building pipeline strength, improving win rates, and accelerating revenue growth. This position requires a leader who can inspire teams, execute disciplined sales strategies, and thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment. It also offers the opportunity to influence customer digital transformation at scale across complex organizations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and professional growth
- Drive regional revenue growth by executing sales strategies, managing pipeline development, and ensuring consistent forecast accuracy
- Participate in key client and prospect engagements, including executive-level discussions and strategic deal support
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales talent to build a high-performing team
- Monitor sales performance metrics, activity levels, and outcomes to ensure alignment with revenue targets
- Lead demand generation initiatives and support customer engagement strategies to build pipeline momentum
- Design and execute sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives to expand market reach
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, including large deal negotiations and customer escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and customer success outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven track record of leading and scaling teams of Account Executives with measurable revenue impact
- Strong experience managing large, complex enterprise deals and driving consistent sales performance
- Excellent executive presence with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling using structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Experience in coaching and enabling sales teams to improve performance and win rates
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across teams and functions
- Experience selling SaaS or MarTech solutions is highly desirable
