In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support evolving business and client needs. You will work across multiple layers of the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on custom development, integrations, and system optimization. The position involves close collaboration with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will contribute to improving platform performance, reducing technical debt, and ensuring high-quality, secure releases. With a strong emphasis on clean architecture and best practices, you will help shape reliable and reusable components across the Salesforce environment. This is a hands-on development role in a collaborative, client-focused and innovation-driven environment where quality and continuous improvement are key.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and long-term maintainability.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and automation workflows while minimizing technical debt.
- Support integration efforts with third-party systems using APIs and iPaaS tools, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues while optimizing existing Salesforce orgs and improving overall system performance.
- Develop and execute test classes, ensure strong code coverage, and validate deployments through thorough testing and quality assurance practices.
- Maintain documentation, support technical training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution adoption and continuous improvement.
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM development and administration.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs and iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Celigo.
- Strong understanding of scalable application design, secure development practices, and Salesforce architecture best practices.
- Salesforce Developer certification (additional certifications considered an asset).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience developing customer-facing applications and contributing to UI/UX improvements is highly valued.
