- Define and lead the strategic direction, vision, and execution of surgical services across the enterprise
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Drive standardization of clinical best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across regions
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational sustainability
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality frameworks
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with physicians, caregivers, and executive stakeholders
- Identify and implement innovation opportunities in surgical technologies, processes, and care models
Requirements:
- Master’s degree required (or in progress with completion within 3 years) in a relevant field
- Extensive senior leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare system or hospital environment
- Proven track record of managing complex clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial priorities
- Strong experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and change management initiatives
- Deep understanding of surgical services, patient safety, and healthcare delivery systems
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed and cross-functional environments
- Preferred experience in integrated delivery networks, system-level strategy, or shared services leadership
