Why Gutridge?
Gutridge is a leading construction and service company offering Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical services to customers in the greater central Ohio marketplace. As a Project Coordinator (PC), you will be an integral member of the project team responsible for organization and providing assistance to the Fire Project Managers (PM’s). The PC will also work collaboratively with the other trade PMs, corporate office staff, clients, Architects, Designers, and sub-contractors.
What Are We Looking For?
· Review and interpret construction documents (drawings and specifications) to support project requirements.
· Assist Project Managers with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination.
· Maintain and track project logs, including submittals, RFIs, closeout documents, and related correspondence.
· Process submittals and ensure timely completion of project closeout documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
· Coordinate Owner training sessions and attend/record sessions as needed.
· Communicate project updates and relevant information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
· Organize and maintain project files (electronic and hard copy), including plans and manuals.
· Support project communications and assist in gathering information to respond to inquiries from Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
· Manage incoming calls and communications for Project Managers and division leadership.
· Provide administrative and coordination support to estimators, field teams, and corporate staff as needed.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:What Do We Want To See?
· Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or high-level administrative experience, or relevant coursework in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
· Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and document management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
