In this role, you will take full ownership of the infrastructure lifecycle, driving the design, scalability, and reliability of a modern cloud-based platform. - Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and container orchestration tools
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable application delivery
- Drive GitOps practices to automate deployments and improve system consistency
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enhance developer experience and reduce operational overhead
- Lead incident management processes, including troubleshooting, post-mortems, and reliability improvements
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to continuously improve platform performance and efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams
- Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or similar roles within cloud-native environments
- Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Linux-based systems
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Flux is a plus)
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python or Go
- Deep understanding of at least one major cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable)
- Strong system design and architecture skills with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
- Experience leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to improve productivity is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 per year
