Senior Product Manager, Agent Performance

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agent Performance in United States.

This role focuses on shaping and scaling the systems that power agent performance within a high-impact real estate marketplace ecosystem. You will lead efforts to transition from manual, high-touch performance management to scalable, data-driven systems that support tens of thousands of agents. The position sits at the intersection of product strategy, marketplace optimization, and customer experience, directly influencing how customers are matched with top-performing agents. You will define the tools, incentives, and experiences that improve conversion and engagement across multiple stakeholder groups, including agents, team leads, and internal advisors. This is a highly strategic and analytical product role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and systems thinking. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and deeply focused on improving outcomes for both customers and partners.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy for agent performance systems, ensuring scalable and data-driven management of large agent networks
  • Identify customer and agent pain points, translating insights into clear product opportunities and priorities
  • Design and optimize tools, workflows, and incentive systems that improve agent conversion, engagement, and performance
  • Establish product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business and marketplace objectives
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance and continuously iterate on product solutions
  • Partner with operations, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform product direction and innovation
  • Support experimentation and testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product-led or marketplace environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine data insights and intuition for product decision-making
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics
  • Familiarity with product discovery techniques, agile methodologies, and iterative development practices
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to evaluate system trade-offs and product design approaches
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across engineering, design, and leadership teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
  • Experience in marketplace, real estate, or multi-sided platforms is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $141,200 to $237,400 depending on location and experience
  • Eligibility for equity awards based on performance and role level
  • Fully remote work model across the United States
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements
  • Retirement savings plan and financial wellness benefits
  • Inclusive, innovation-driven culture focused on growth and impact
  • Career development opportunities within a leading technology organization
  • Exposure to large-scale marketplace and product transformation initiatives.
