- Lead the coordination and execution of sales training programs, including the rollout and reinforcement of structured sales methodologies
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate the ramp-up of new sales representatives
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistency in training, processes, and performance standards across teams
- Drive adoption of sales tools, systems, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams to align initiatives with business objectives
- Track and analyze training effectiveness, onboarding progress, and sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or project management roles
- Proven experience supporting or implementing structured sales methodologies and training programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Experience developing onboarding programs or training frameworks for sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and standard productivity tools like Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
