Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the preparation and setup of materials and equipment for concrete resurfacing and finishing projects.

  • Learn and assist with finishing concrete surfaces, including applying curing compounds, sealants, and protective coatings.

  • Support crews in repairing, resurfacing, grinding, and polishing concrete surfaces.

  • Learn company techniques related to concrete restoration, coatings, and specialty finishes.

  • Operate and maintain tools and jobsite equipment safely and effectively.

  • Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.

  • Work closely with supervisors and crew members to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.

  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.

  • Participate in hands-on training and skill development sessions.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support project completion and team operations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Basic understanding of construction safety practices preferred.

  • Valid drivers license required.

  • Ability to travel for projects when required.
