About This Position
At an advanced level, the Marketing Specialist develops and maintains consultative relationships with internal stakeholders to support organizational objectives through strategic marketing and communications initiatives. Applies marketing solutions through copywriting, internal communications, digital content, and event coordination to promote programs and services aligned with Med Center Health’s mission and strategic goals. Assists with the creation, implementation, and measurement of internal and external marketing communication plans tailored to key audiences. Ensures consistent messaging and adherence to established brand standards across Med Center Health and its affiliates.
This is currently a one-year opportunity with the possibility to grow into an extended or permanent role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event planning, or related field required.
- Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Attention to detail, including grammar, proofreading, and brand consistency.
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
