DC Engineering is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Administrator to support our growing Controls Department. This role provides critical administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of industrial projects across our team.

About the Role:
As a Project Administrator, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement staff to maintain accurate project information, manage essential documentation, and provide logistical support. A key part of this role is partnering with our Financial Administrator to assist with project financials, purchasing, and tracking. You will also support the broader industrial team with proposal preparation, travel coordination, and other administrative functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date project information in internal systems
- Support project team members by coordinating travel and accommodations
- Assist with purchasing, procurement tracking, and vendor coordination
- Gather, organize, and update project documents, reports, and schedules
- Prepare, edit, and format proposals and other project-related materials
- Collaborate with team members across multiple organizational levels
- Provide general administrative support to ensure successful project execution
