  • Design and implement scalable frameworks for learning, certification, and competency benchmarks across global teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise onboarding journeys, structured assessments, and high-impact performance development programs.
  • Partner with functional leaders to align development initiatives with business objectives and operating rhythms.
  • Standardize knowledge frameworks, core competencies, and performance expectations across regions.
  • Define and track KPIs for learning adoption, proficiency, and capability progression, ensuring measurable organizational impact.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Product, Operations, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
  • 1015+ years of experience in performance development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness, with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations preferred.
  • Proven ability to architect scalable global performance development frameworks.
  • Strong instructional design expertise (ADDIE, Blooms taxonomy, scenario-based learning).
  • Experience with learning management systems and learning technology platforms.
  • Executive-level facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable performance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive total rewards package with base salary range of $120,700$233,300 USD, plus incentive and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and wellness programs.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contribution options.
  • Income protection, life insurance, and behavioral/emotional wellness services.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible vacation policies.
  • Global employee recognition programs and professional development opportunities.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and high-impact work environment.
