Job Summary

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for neonatal through geriatric patients according to accepted physical therapy practices and principles. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

Education

• Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

    • After 2015 a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is required

Experience: N/A

Certification/Licensure:

• Required

  • Licensed Physical Therapist

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

    • Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
