This role provides strategic financial leadership, driving insights and analysis to support key business decisions and growth initiatives. You will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, performance reporting, and financial models that inform long-term planning. The position requires a hands-on approach to data analysis, expense management, and scenario modeling, ensuring both operational efficiency and strategic alignment. You will own the FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting, while helping shape investment decisions and new initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, and providing guidance to leadership that drives measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

Deliver timely financial insights and analysis, supporting business leaders in making informed strategic decisions.
Manage and enhance the companys financial model, including headcount planning, cost management, vendor expenses, and revenue forecasting.
Lead annual, quarterly, and long-term budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare management, board, and executive reporting, tracking KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics.
Partner with business units to monitor expenses, implement controls, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
Support system implementations and financial-related initiatives, including capital-raising activities and ad-hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
Develop scalable processes for ongoing financial reporting, performance tracking, and business insights.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, management consulting, or related finance roles.
Proven ability to develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and present insights to senior leadership.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in venture-backed or high-growth technology companies is highly preferred.
Ability and willingness to work U.S. East Coast business hours and adapt to evolving business needs.
