Senior Inside Sales Team Lead - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Inside Sales Team Lead - REMOTE. In this role, you will drive operational leadership and team development within the Inside Sales department. Your responsibilities will include active participation in daily business operations, coordination with various departments, and product ownership. You will be focused on analyzing customer data to identify business potentials for growth and collaborate closely with marketing to implement promotional campaigns. This role demands strong leadership to ensure success and high performance across the sales team.
Accountabilities- Operational leadership and team development: Manage, coach, and enhance the Inside Sales team.
- Active involvement in daily operations (Inbound & Outbound): Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, manage escalations, and engage in proactive customer acquisition.
- Coordination & Interface: Collaborate closely with relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations).
- Light Product Ownership: Involvement in the development of Virtual Office products.
- Pricing & Offer Management: Regular review and adaptation of pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Customer Analysis & Business Development: Analyze existing customers and opportunities to identify growth potentials.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement targeted promotional actions in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Reporting & Tools: Use Sugar CRM (soon Salesforce) and Power BI to analyze and manage relevant KPIs.
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in a similar position.
- Experience in sales or product management.
- Strong passion for sales and enjoyment in acquiring and retaining customers while maximizing potentials.
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and a strong closing ability.
- Result-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking with a clear focus on revenues, margins, and goal achievement.
- Analytical skills and a solid understanding of sales strategies, market mechanisms, and customer needs.
- Proficient use of CRM and BI tools (ideally Salesforce, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills, empathy, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of cross-department collaboration.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
