About the Role

The Intake Specialist leads the first meaningful consultation prospective clients have with our firm. In this role, you will guide individuals and families through conversations about their immigration situation, helping them understand their options and determine whether partnering with our firm is the right next step.

This is a client-facing, consultative role that combines empathy, structured conversations, and clear communication. You will gather key information, identify potential case types based on attorney guidance, and help clients understand the value of the services our firm provides.

Success in this role requires full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with people from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate brings a sales-oriented mindset, confidence discussing services and next steps with clients, and the discipline to succeed in a metrics-driven environment focused on both client experience and outcomes.

Your Key Contributions

  • Lead initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration circumstances and help identify potential paths forward with the firm.
  • Evaluate client situations by gathering and documenting key information needed to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Build trust with prospective clients by guiding thoughtful, empathetic conversations about their goals and concerns.
  • Educate clients about the firm’s services and help them understand how the firm may be able to support their case.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the intake process.
  • Coordinate next steps for clients who choose to move forward with the firm.
  • Ensure client information and documentation are handled accurately and organized appropriately.
  • Participate in ongoing training with firm attorneys to stay current on case types and firm processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, able to lead clear and professional conversations in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in client-facing or consultative roles preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, quickly building trust with clients.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in a structured environment.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.

Additional Info.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST
  • Role is fully onsite
  • Compensation: $23.00/hr + Performance bonus

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 23 USD per hour(Dublin)
