What You’ll Do

• As a Reserve Chaplain, you will:
• Provide spiritual and emotional support to residents, families, and staff as needed
• Facilitate ecumenical chapel services, spiritual discussion groups, and one-on-one visits
• Offer on-call coverage during times of increased need or staff absence
• Support residents of diverse spiritual, religious, and cultural backgrounds
• Develop and lead programs that enrich the spiritual lives of residents as appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with the Spiritual Care team to ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Need

• Master’s Degree in Divinity or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) completed or within two years of hire
• One year of recent spiritual care experience preferred
• Compassion, emotional maturity, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
