Hospice - Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) at Frontpoint Health, LLC – Plano, Texas

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with end-of-life care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience working in hospice care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
