Responsibilities:
- Design and develop audit programs to identify control weaknesses and create action plans.
- Document audit procedures.
- Identify and test key controls and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Review audit work papers for accuracy.
- Summarize post-audit reports.
- Participate in discussions of findings and recommendations with leadership teams.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or economics.
- Four to six years of audit experience.
- CPA or CIA certified.
- Experience in public accounting.
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Able to understand and map end-to-end processes.
